The First Nations Stock Exchange (FNSX) is very proud to announce our first listing of a Chinese company. Mingguan USA Ltd (MGF) is the international holding company of the famous Shaanxi Mingguan Food and Beverage Co., Ltd. MGF brings decades of experience, a strong reputation as a world class food and beverage provider and leading international company. With a total market capitalization of US$16 million and a strong management team, we very warmly welcome MGF to the FNSX equities board.

We further extend our thanks to Fox Consulting Ltd, Atoll Financial Ltd, Shanghai Bingyue, Norton Rose and China Audit for the significant work in building the path for MGF to list on FNSX. The hard work and patience of the team has assisted greatly with forming the international listing process with China and has helped smooth the administrative processes and procedures for this cross-border transaction. We are similarly proud to announce that Norton Rose and China Audit have been approved as legal advisor and auditor respectively for the purpose of listing on FNSX.
